Grunt Calls

I started turning out grunt calls in the fall of 2005,and have had great success with these calls. The first day out field-testing them in October, I called in this buck from across an old field over grown with sumac. A friend of mine called in a nice eight pointer with my call in November.

All these calls are hand turned and no two are exactly alike. The over all length of the call is about eight inches with out extending the tube.

These calls just sound great.

You can achieve many tones by extending the tube and cupping your hand; old buck, young buck, I turn most of the calls out of Walnut. The darker wood blends well with tree stand situations and when it’s hung around your neck. I use a matte finish on the calls to protect them and reduce glare. With that said these calls are all custom, so if you are looking for something different give me a call and we will see what we can do.
